As far as I can tell, almost all of Graber's career has been at blockchain companies:
2015 - Graber began working as a software engineer for SkuChain. She then worked in a factory in Moses Lake, Washington, where she soldered bitcoin mining equipment.
2016 - She began working as a junior developer for the Zcash cryptocurrency.
2019 - She founded the event planning website Happening, Inc (can't find any info at all on this, is it blockchain?)
2021 - CEO of Bluesky
2024 - Bluesky partially sells itself to the company Blockchain Capital

Dorsey abandoned Bluesky and went full support of Elon Musk when Elon bought Twitter, he even deleted his account on Bluesky
