i'm not pretending i know how

all i know is it is needed

otherwise, we're dealing with billions of people manipulated and signing on to #bigotry and #ignorance to serve the agendas of #plutocracy

1. it's a cost center: you need to pay #moderators

2. it squelches #bigots and #trolls

but they mean outrage -> eyeballs and clicks -> engagement, their bread and butter
