Randy Newman’s composition for The Natural soundtrack is amazing. It’s not the same movie without it. He’s in the realm of John Williams, John Barry, Howard Shore, and others. You take them out of the mix, and it’s just an okay movie. #Composer#Music#Movies#Cinema

OMG i’ve colombused @music-news-RollingStone 500 best (popular #music, varied genres) songs of all time and am kinda salty that Billy Joel’s ‘Scenes From an Italian Restaurant’ isn’t in the top 10. that song is so iconic of 1970s nyc, should be higher (it’s #325)

Shuffling MP3s today, the original Thriller came up. I gotta say, while I can't ignore that MJ was really problematic, HOLY SHIT does that track hold up. So much of his work was so incredibly amazing.
