yeah, two different tracks:

1. who really sent the drones. could be russia, might not be

2. the perception russia did it. how to handle that

and how to handle it is to *not* emphasize care and deliberation. that's important domestically, but not on the world stage, which takes precedence. only because russia thinks that's weak. it's not. but we must take care with that audience, because they're nuts

perception of weakness, true or false, is dangerous, because then russia escalates

But it leads to nothing, to no quick results.
And that's my point: We should shut up, ramp up intelligence and get the work done instead of boosting the topic to attract even more actors that long for publicity.

I don't know where those drones came from and also not who controlled them.
And as far as I understand, we have no information about this, but already hundreds of "solutions".

Right-wing voters supported by #Maga, #Russia and #China would play those cards to destabilize the country. And some social democrats still did not acknowledge proof that have been cheated and used by #kgb since the 70's.
