This rant brought to you by a "vegetarian" salad served on a Polish intercity train. To be fair, the waiter warned me that 90 % of the dishes in their vegetarian section are not vegan, citing egg as reason. The cook denied the presence of egg or milk and I failed to ask about honey. That sweet summer child recoiled at the thought of vinaigrette containing dairy, but considered honey to be an obvious component. (I didn't inspect the actual ingredient list to verify.)
