Still on Confluence? Many teams are (already) moving away from vendor lock-in and looking at open-source alternatives.

We put together a clear comparison of XWiki vs Confluence so you can see the differences yourself:

🇪🇺 74% of European companies depend on U.S. suites (see @Proton’s Europe Tech Sovereignty Watch report). Even if servers are in Europe, legal control often isn’t.

Who owns Europe’s digital future?

We believe sovereignty must be built in: open architecture, no lock-in, host anywhere, European by design. That’s how XWiki works.

Open source is Europe’s way forward. XWiki is built with sovereignty at its core: no lock-in, host anywhere, European by design.

So google just announced a mandatory ID check for all android developers even the ones who don’t use their marketplace….

This is honestly a horrible progression for digital sovereignty, privacy, and individual freedom,

will most likely hit developers of open source apps the hardest, and should be heavily criticized.
