* It criticizes previous granting criteria for promoting DEI and gender pluralism, providing legal aid to immigrants, and creating irreproducible research, fraud, and waste through high indirect costs.

* Agencies may peer-review grant applications provided that final decisions rest with political appointees.

* Agencies must review grants annually to ensure consistency with admin priorities.

* Grants must be subject to immediate "termination for convenience".

“The observatories provide detailed carbon dioxide (CO2) measurements across various locations, allowing scientists to get a detailed glimpse of how human activity is affecting greenhouse gas emissions.”

The satellites also measure plant growth and have been very useful to farmers.

Strange that #Trump wants to destroy the satellites (which are in good shape, are expected to function well for several more years, and do not cost that much to maintain).

… considering how much he wants to keep certain people out of the country—

The satellites help predict climate-driven human migration patterns.

(But then again, he does not believe in #ClimateChange . And I suppose if you just ignore CO2, it will go away right… just like if you don’t test for COVID, it’s not there 🙄)
