Russia’s combined strike on Kyiv left death and destruction.

At least eight people, including children, were killed. More than 30 injuried of varying severity, including at least five children. Russia hit many homes, residential areas and a shopping mall in the city center.

This is what Russia chooses today – not the negotiating table or a just peace, but to kill more people, destroy more homes, and exert more pressure. Instead, the greatest pressure must be exerted on Russia. Every sanction not imposed, every critical decision delayed, every hesitation comes at a devastating cost – the lives of Ukrainians. 1,282 days of Putin's mass murder of peaceful Ukrainians.

Every strike shattered another family, another home. The human cost grows with each terrorist attack. Putin's aggression must end. Russia must be stopped.

Only greater pressure on russia works with Putin’s regime.

This seems to be exploiting internal divisions in order to sow discord, with some vague goal that it will cause an internal “secession.” That’s a long game strategy you use when you don’t have hard power strings to pull.
