I have no hint who is behind them but they launch dozens of fake accounts using state or city names and are flooding the fediverse with „news“ , often referring to Russia, Putin and the Kremlin. Here is e.g. a comment of @christoph@fedihum.org : „Does anybody know more about #EuropeSays ?
Their account is https://pubeurope.com/@europesays ,but the sources, curation policy, ownership, location, people behind it etc. are not noted anywhere on the site.

@ukraine @ruud I was annoyed by "news" from their numerous accounts in my feed and after complaining a follower of mine taught me how to mute their whole instance for my profile. I hope many Mastodon admins will block the instance server-wide and eventually someone will take down this pseudo journalist nonsense.
