@Lazarou Why? The people were offered that the relief supplies supposedly on the boats (<50kg?) would be brought into the war zone by the soldiers themselves if a port made available was called at. The civilians did not want that and instead wanted to sail into a war zone. EVERY state, would have stopped these ships. The Russians would have sunk the ships with the people, the Chinese would have made the people disappear for a few months, and everyone else would have acted just like the Israelis.
