This weekend, I mailed 50 postcards to likely Vietnamese voters in California asking them to vote for Prop 50 to counter mid-decade redistricting requested by the President. He and the GOP can't win based on their unpopular policies so they're gerrymandering districts so elected officials can choose their voters.
