Queue to Discord getting their user's information leaked to a third party, a hacker, who got the info about people's IDs, payment methods, the 4 last digits of credit cards, government IDs, driver's licenses, photos to verify their age due to the mandatory ID checking on the support ticket system, most recently + Thanks UK'S mandatory age verification.
It's almost like THIS DOESN'T WORK.

Unfortunately it is Peter Hummelgaard backed by these institutions we see in the news. We don't see the professors from Computer Science explaining the problems of the proposal.
I have tried to challenge their claims on LinkedIn where the head of UNICEF Denmark explains how the coming "tool" gives her hope:

They simply want to give us more #freedom!

@chatcontrol Security for who? Freedom for who? There's something wrong when the ruling class wants to take away privacy. Someone needs to introduce this guy to Stephen Miller. Those two would get along like a house on fire. That also gives us an idea where to put them.

Obvious fallacy, simply factually wrong (creating additional vulnerabilities, backdoors, more opportunities to steal or misuse personal, private data will definitely make it more secure, sure), and apart from that it's a fucking dystopian big brother surveillance ideology
