It's one of two vessels to have reached the "R1" restriction zone imposed by the occupation forces.
The Sumud Nusantara Flotilla (Malaysian team) map shows that two vessels entered Palestinian territorial waters. The Mikeno seems to have stopped (speed: 0 knots).
