Report: Israeli soldiers detained two Palestinian 5- and 6- year-olds under claims of "espionage"
They were released after Palestinian residents & foreign activists intervened.
The army claimed they were spying on a setter house, but, reportedly, they were playing football near their home.
A local resident said the children were in a state of panic during the incident & are "now living in fear".
