I was taking photos of this one neighbor's yard when she came outside to work in her garden and I complimented her on it. She said I could take seeds any time I want. I said, "really?" She said, "yeah, like here," and she grabbed a flower head that had gone to seed, and handed it to me. I'm gonna have cosmos next year!
