On the threshold of a new day, two figures occupy a small boat with the intention of catching some fish. They are the first to be out on the lake as the sun has not yet topped the horizon but colors part of the sky a soft, (let's call i)t lavender, just above the tree line of the shore opposite where we stand, where a few leafless shrubs stand before us. There is a heavy mist rising from the water and into the atmosphere. Reflections of the landscape across the water are present, though partially obstructed by the mist.
