Starmer's #IDCards makes no sense as a policy.

Reform are dead against it and articulating the problems well (or rather one of their ex Tory MP is).

The Tories don't have a view.

So who will this take votes from? Because if that's what is about it will fail.

Or is it about giving billions more of the public's money to US #BigTech ready for cushy jobs when he's ousted, like Nick Clegg?

Or is he just #authoritarian by nature?
