@randahl I guess reversing the tariffs would be too difficult to do at this stage of the game b/c it would be a loss of face for DJT. And it wouldn't matter anyway - China has already renegotiated deals with Brazil and other countries for soybeans et. al.

The funniest part to me is her acting like losing *exports* affects our ability to feed ourselves. The US government has spent 70 years finding and creating markets for these farmers who don't want to grow more difficult crops that could bring more profit and be more healthy for us here.

@randahl Farmers who voted for Trump knew this would happen, that Trump would ruin agriculture but who cares as long as the fed pays them off. This happens with every Republican administration. We also shouldn't let the Dems off easy on this either, very quick to help ag despite farmers being wealthier than the average family.
