I'm a loyal customer of some Apple products. But the arrogance of a company challenging regulatory efforts by threatening to stop shipping products to the EU is only encouraging me to start looking for alternatives. Like I already did with other arrogant companies abusing their dominant position (think Adobe — I never looked back!).
