Apple, accustomed to a captured #US legislation by #technofascism, also want's to be the one writing the laws of the #EU.

No, no, no, for God's sake, not for monopolistic profit, but because they care about locked-in "user experience". Of course.

And, #TheGuardian, it's not "allegedly", but an already decided case that got a €500m fine by the #EU for not allowing developers to sell apps outside its own app store, that is appealed.

Apple wants to teach the EU ethics:

“Pornography apps are available on iPhone from other marketplaces – apps we’ve never allowed on the App Store because of the risks they create, especially for children” [said Apple]

What a lame argument. Anyone with a browser can watch porn. If the #EU wanted to ban porn from mobile phones they'd do it directly through legislation, not through the "ethics" of Apple store.

And guess what: Apple would have to comply, once again. That's how democracies work.
