@Snoro the question is "how many" per year

and there is (absolutely) no consensus there, as most countries do not properly assign a cause to human deaths

there is a couple of interesting studies on this topic, converging to 5 millions per year - only from extreme temperatures

5 millions, now, not in 2100...

https://www.monash.edu/medicine/news/latest/2021-articles/worlds-largest-study-of-global-climate-related-mortality-links-5-million-deaths-a-year-to-abnormal-temperatures

and taking into account all environmental factors, this goes to 13 millions - nb not all linked to climate change

Scientists Warn 1 Billion People on Track to Die From Climate Change

The fossil fuels that humanity burns today will be a death sentence for many lives tomorrow.

World’s largest study of global climate related mortality links 5 million deaths a year to abnormal temperatures

More than five million extra deaths a year can be attributed to abnormal hot and cold temperatures, according to a world first international study led by Monash University.
