When Donold says “A lot of people say…” he means the voices in his head… & what he wishes they would say…
Are we sure he’s only 79 yrs old? Doesn’t look well… reminds me of the last days of Hitler & how pumped full of drugs & other stuff he was, a lot of it by injection (carries its own risks); his personal Dr was a bit of a charlatan too if I remember right. There’s a fascinating book on it, covering the ‘ordinary’ drug use of the German population (mother’s little helper was amphetamines, you’ll do the housework twice as fast - truly, there were ads like that!) & going on from there.
