On the hike I crossed over Stoltenbjerg (Pride Hill), on top of which I passed by one of the old Nazi positions from World War II. The sandbags and the machine guns are gone, but they had a pretty good view over the occupied land from here, at 17 meters above the heath.

By the locals, these hills are also called "The stable hills", as legend has it, this was where Danish farmers hid their valuable horses in the 16th century, to keep them from being taken by passing Swedish armies.
