Postal services in Japan, Switzerland, Australia, the U.K., and many other European countries are suspending shipping to the U.S. because of a crackdown on small-dollar imports by the Trump administration. The "de minimis" loophole allowed goods worth less than $800 to enter the U.S. duty free, but President Donald Trump signed an executive order to abolish the practice, effective Friday.
