It's not illegal to be an arsehole in the UK, in fact it's almost mandatory.
@Lazarou Burn the English flag wherever you may see it. I went through an area I'd never been before going down an A road with the ol' butcher's apron flying from every lampost and many flags hanging out of windows, it just chilled my blood like every other time I see either a British or English flag. Not everyone flying one will be a bigot but bigots will be certain to fly it.
