Hamilton: "I think probably not."
Perry: "You seem to believe that 12406(3) would be triggered any time that a singular agency would be asked for help from a brother or sister agency."

Perry: "What troubles me about that reading of the statute is, if the #ExecutiveBranch chose to deploy one #ICE agent to the Chicagoland area, & then that person was unable to solve all crime," then that could trigger the #NationalGuard.
