There are those on the left in Britain suggesting that we salary farmers from the state. This is to mitigate the depredations of a failing agricultural food and enviro system.
There of course many ways to do it badly. Not learning from Soviet Russia would be one. No doubt Trumpers will come up with several and enact the worst.
